Duncan Smith

Duncan Smith is director of The Corinthian Plan for Mennonite Church USA, responsible for oversight of its programs that include health coverage, life and disability, dental and vision options, as well as wellness initiatives. He has served in a variety of roles with The Corinthian Plan since joining in 2008. A former conference minister, organizational development consultant with congregations and nonprofits, Smith served four transitional pastorates and a church plant. He has an undergraduate degree in Social Work from the University of Washington, Seattle, and a Master of Divinity from Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary, Elkhart, Indiana. He is a trained professional mediator and qualified to work with the Intercultural Development Inventory. Smith is a member of Glennon Heights Mennonite Church, Lakewood, Colorado.
