TCP offers health coverage, Life and Disability, and optional Dental and Vision for eligible pastors and church workers of MC USA congregations. Credential pastors are eligible at .5 FTE (20 hours) and non-credentialed staff at .75 FTE (30 hours). You will also find information on our Wellness Incentive, deductible levels and what is covered, both in summary and detail form.

III. For specifics of the Dental and Vision programs see links below. The Dental Plan is self-funded. The Vision Plan is contracted with national not-for-profit VSP.
