Linked on this page are documents to help you get to know The Corinthian Plan (TCP) benefits. TCP offers health coverage, Life and Disability, and optional Dental and Vision for eligible pastors and church workers of MC USA congregations. Credential pastors are eligible at .5 FTE (20 hours) and non-credentialed staff at .75 FTE (30 hours). You will also find information on our Wellness Incentive, deductible levels and what is covered, both in summary and detail form.

IV. Wellness Incentive benefits. TCP Wellness Incentives are meant to encourage good self-care habits and provide a monetary incentive.
